Loam'un hangi kişisel verileri neden işlediğini, nerede sakladığını, kimlerle paylaştığını ve bu veriler üzerindeki haklarını.

Hangi veriler

Hesap: e-posta adresin; şifren yalnızca geri çevrilemez bir özet olarak saklanır. Profil: adın, para birimin, isteğe bağlı aylık gelirin ve tasarruf hedefin. Kayıtların: hesapların, işlemlerin (tutar, tarih, kategori, yer, not), kendi kategorilerin, bütçelerin, birikim hedeflerin ve düzenli ödeme kuralların. Fişler: okunan satırlar, toplam ve mağaza adı. Test sürecinde fiş okuma kayıtları: telefonun fişten okuduğu yazı ve yerleri, uygulamanın çıkardığı sonuç ve senin onayladığın değerler.

Ne için

Yalnızca uygulamanın sana gösterdikleri için: bakiyeler, analizler, bütçeler ve fiş okuma. Reklam yok, veri satışı yok, üçüncü taraf analiz ya da izleme aracı yok.

Nerede

Kayıtların Supabase altyapısında, Frankfurt'taki (Almanya, AB) veri merkezinde saklanır. Telefonunla sunucu arasındaki bağlantı şifrelidir. Veritabanı kuralları her kullanıcının yalnızca kendi kayıtlarını görmesine izin verir.

Fiş okuturken

Fotoğraf telefonunda, Google'ın cihaz üstünde çalışan metin tanıma kitaplığıyla (ML Kit) okunur: okumak için hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve okunduktan sonra silinir. ML Kit, Google'a cihaz modeli, uygulama sürümü ve işlem süresi gibi kullanım ölçümleri gönderir; görüntüyü ya da metni göndermez. Kaydedilen, senin onayladığın satırlardır. Uygulama test aşamasındayken, fiş okumayı geliştirmek için her taramada telefonun okuduğu yazı, uygulamanın çıkardığı sonuç ve senin onayladığın değerler hesabında saklanır; fotoğraf saklanmaz. Bu kayıtlar test süreci bitince silinir.

Sesle eklerken

Mikrofon düğmesi telefonundaki Google konuşma hizmetini açar; söylediğin cümle bu hizmet tarafından metne çevrilir ve Google'ın koşullarına göre işlenir. Loam mikrofona erişmez ve sesini hiç almaz: yalnızca ortaya çıkan metni telefonunda okur ve metni saklamaz. Kaydedilen, senin onayladığın işlemdir.

Yurt dışına aktarım

Kayıtların Avrupa Birliği'nde (Supabase, Frankfurt) saklanır. Sesle eklerken konuşmanı metne çeviren Google hizmeti ve fiş okumadaki kullanım ölçümleri Google tarafından işlenir; Google bunları Türkiye dışında, ABD dahil başka ülkelerde işleyebilir.

Güncellemeler

Google Play'den kurduysan güncellemeler Google Play üzerinden gelir. Uygulamayı 55mods.com.tr'den indirdiysen güncellemeler aynı sunucudan indirilir; indirme isteği hesabına ait bir bilgi taşımaz, sunucu her web sunucusu gibi IP adresini ve zamanı kaydedebilir.

Ne kadar süre

Hesabın durdukça. Hesabını sildiğinde bütün kayıtların hemen silinir; altyapı sağlayıcısının yedeklerinden çıkması yedekleme süresi kadar sürebilir.

Hesabını ve verilerini silme

Uygulamada: Profil → Veri ve gizlilik → Verilerin → Hesabı sil. Şifreni girip onayladığında hesabın ve bütün kayıtların (hesaplar, işlemler, kategoriler, bütçeler, birikim hedefleri, düzenli ödemeler ve fişler) hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir; hiçbiri saklanmaz. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@55mods.com.tr adresine "Hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder: adresin doğrulandıktan sonra hesabın aynı şekilde, en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Hesabını silmeden kayıtlarını silmek istersen, onları uygulamadan tek tek silebilirsin.

Hakların

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve itiraz etme hakların vardır. Loam bunları kendin yapabilmen için tasarlandı: kayıtlarını düzenleyebilir, Verilerin ekranından hepsini indirebilir ve hesabını silebilirsin.

What this covers

Which personal data Loam processes and why, where it is kept, who it is shared with, and your rights over it.

What data

Account: your email address; your password is kept only as an irreversible hash. Profile: your name, currency, and optionally your monthly income and savings target. Your records: accounts, transactions (amount, date, category, place, note), your own categories, budgets, savings goals and standing payment rules. Receipts: the lines read, the total and the shop name. During testing, receipt-reading logs: the text the phone read from the receipt and where it sat, what the app made of it, and the values you confirmed.

What for

Only for what the app shows you: balances, analysis, budgets and receipt reading. No ads, no selling of data, no third-party analytics or tracking.

Where

Your records are stored on Supabase infrastructure in its Frankfurt data centre (Germany, EU). The connection between your phone and the server is encrypted. Database rules let each user see only their own records.

When you scan a receipt

The photo is read on your phone by Google's on-device text recognition library (ML Kit): it is not sent to any server to be read, and it is deleted once it has been read. ML Kit sends Google usage metrics such as the device model, the app version and how long a read took; it does not send the image or the text. What is saved is the lines you confirm. While the app is in testing, each scan's text as the phone read it, what the app made of it and the values you confirmed are kept in your account to improve receipt reading; the photo is not. These logs are deleted when testing ends.

When you add by voice

The microphone button opens the Google speech service on your phone, which turns what you say into text and processes it under Google's terms. Loam never accesses the microphone and never receives your voice: it reads only the resulting text, on your phone, and does not keep it. What is saved is the entry you confirm.

Transfers abroad

Your records are stored in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). The Google service that turns your speech into text when you add by voice, and the usage metrics from receipt reading, are processed by Google, which may do so outside Turkey, including in the USA.

Updates

If you installed Loam from Google Play, updates come through Google Play. If you downloaded it from 55mods.com.tr, updates are downloaded from that server; the download carries nothing about your account, and like any web server it may log the IP address and time.

How long

For as long as your account exists. When you delete it, every record is removed immediately; leaving the infrastructure provider's backups can take as long as their backup period.

Deleting your account and data

In the app: Profile → Data & privacy → Your data → Delete account. Once you confirm with your password, your account and every record (accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, savings goals, standing payments and receipts) are deleted immediately and permanently; nothing is kept. If you cannot reach the app, email destek@55mods.com.tr from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account": once the address is verified, the account is deleted the same way within 30 days at the latest. To delete records without deleting the account, delete them one by one in the app.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object. Loam is built so you can do these yourself: edit your records, download everything from Your data, and delete your account.
